Having our students fill out the Student Questionnaire allows the JMS Admissions Team to better understand your child. Please submit this form before you come for your parent interview.

Student Visit and Parent Interview:
After you complete your application your family will be contacted by the Admissions Office to schedule a visit for your child as well as a parent interview.
A letter of recommendation from a current teacher of your student will help guide us with insights from your student's current education partners.
